- Accord Light : 2 handles, and has wheels, with additional side wheels optional, compatible with Flight cover ( cureently under development), closed cell foam interior, 3 sizes, all Accord colours. Weight 11 kgs. Code # DBMDC110
- Standard: 2 handles, 2 pairs of wheels, interior as for above, all colurs, and 3 sizes of shell. 13 kgs. Code # DBMDC130
Note:
- All bass cases can be made in any colour ( silver Metallic extra ) including high gloss resin finish, and there are 2 cases sizes, ie 3/4 and 4/4, but the interiors can be padded out to fit 7/8 basses as well. Measurement form can be downloaded- see side link, ( same sheet as for cello) and is essential to place an order.
- Delivery charges: To be quoted for each specific case- both from Croatia and for UK deilvery. Not included in any prices quoted.

Accord Cases are handmade in Croatia- the ultimate in lightweight carbonfibre instrument cases. SoundPost are the UK distributors for these cases, and we will continue to offer them retail as well, as we have been doing since 1997 when Accord was founded. However, we welcome dealer enqiries . We invite you to visit the Accord website, linked above, for all information on their products. As the UK Distributors, we offer full back-up on the cases supplied by us, as well as being able to supply and fit the many other options available. Custom artwork can be commissioned, have a look at Accord's gallery, linked above, for some ideas of their work. For special commissions, a non-refundable deposit will be taken at the time of placing the order. Prices are not quoted on this website- It is up to each retailer to set their own price- We will supply each dealer with a trade price list, available only to 'bona-fide' trade customers.
The Cases: The cases are often 'bespoke', and being hand-made, no two are exactly alike. For some models, esp. the cello cases, various shell sizes are offered to ensure a good fit for your cello. We already hold a stock of cases, to ensure next day delivery in the UK, but over the next few months this stock will expand to cover most of the range. We also offer the Fiedler extras available for these cases, i.e. the stabilizing feet, the backpacks, special cushion packs, the special bow holders, and flight covers.
